my mum checked into the hospital today, and after work i went to visit her. my boss was understanding and allowed me to take leave tmr and prob wed (if i need to) to stay by my mum's side. luckily sgh was pretty near to dhoby gaut, so for once i left almost punctually after work and hastily make my way there. i must say luckily i got a future doctor friend like yy! he dropped by to visit my mum, asked some questions, helped us find out more abt tmr's surgery n stuff, and entertained my mum. haha. makes my mum feel less worried i guess. and even after my family left, he dropped by again to take a look at her. and he brought her some newspapers because she was feeling bored and still couldnt go to sleep. i'm so touched to have a friend like him!! :)
