yest heard news abt the first confirmed H1N1 case, it's a 22-year-old girl from smu who just returned from a newyork study trip. soon, sg will advance to the red stage. and most likely people returning from USA or other affected areas will have to be quarantined.
luckily my frens and I who have returned are not affected. or else i will feel super bad. i dont think those students meant to bring the disease back to sg also, they must have taken some precautions (i hope). and i dont think it's a wise thing for them to cancel all trips to usa just because of the swine flu. hence i dont understand why some people are so against them for having gone on a study trip to usa.

on a lighter note, today's kbox was fun! ahha. johnny can really sing well haha. was surprised to find out that kbox has pretty updated eng songs, like POKERFACE!! and taylor swift love story :) :) :) and other nice eng songs. we went from chi songs, to oldies, to eng songs to band songs. hahha. and we sang from 11 to abt 4pm i tink! no more voice!! hang arnd in town, satisfied my craving for thai food! wahhaa.

reaching the end of this week, signals the start of my internship! pretty excited and nervous abt it at the same time. hope all goes well :) but lots of stuff i'm unsure of, esp admin matters. got to start planning for time table as well. and FYP! leveraged buyout, qualitative ok, quantitative not okk!! research methods also not okkkk, time to read up more abt it. i dont wanna be the weakest link for my FYP ahha. got to know my stuff well :)
