aw man, haven been blogging, cuz this past week has been a crazy and frenzied one for me. in addition to mugging for exams and finishing my reports, had to settle my emotions as people in sherman hall are leaving one after another, settle admin matters like selling textbooks and closing bank accounts, cleaning up the room, packing, planning for san francs trip and saying good-byes to all my dear friends. so when all's done and i'm back in sg, its time to reflect what ive done so far and think about the past memories.

it started out with a stroke of luck, and some random idea of going for exchange. and i'm thankful for friends who encouraged me to go for it and parents who r willing to sponsor me financially. thankyou mummy! ur financial gift has been a blessing for me because this is an experience i will nv wan to trade it away for. and i'm glad to know tt hongli is going on this trip with me, it makes so many things easier. like settling for accomodation, visa matters etc. and at least i know someone else on this trip.

the trip to USA started off pretty well, though most of us din noe each other well iitially (at least on my part), slowly we hit it off pretty well and were having fun. i'm glad to have such a crazy bunch of friends on this trip! shared so much joy n laughter. and somehow each individual on this trip can be remembered by their special characteristics.
jeremy for his ever-so-on spirit. regardless of whether u wan to go arc, pingpong, or ice skating, he usually will not say no to you. and he's such a good conversationalist, everyone feels easy and comfortable talking to him abt anything and everything.
weetheng for his ever-so-crazy ideas. he and his ideas make this entire trip totally so fun! will never forget all the photo-taking sessions, all the weekend trips, the algorithm march, the stupid videos he made etc. in short, i tink he spices up our xchange experience! on a side note, he can be pretty nice at times despite his lameness ahah.
hongli for just being hongli! this roomie is awesome, i feel so at ease talking rubbish to her, confiding in her,spending time with her. and she's veh attentive to my needs too :) i miss the karaoke sessions in our room! i miss our cooking sessions!
jias for being so nice to talk to! i tink she can totally be my next best friend. she's awesome!! i love how we can go crazy together, be it shopping, talkking crap or singing! and i'm glad she's there with me during the last days in uiuc when everyone else is leaving! she replaced my roomie liao! hahaha.
okays shit i realise if i were to write everyone else it will take pretty long. anw these 4 pple made the most impact on my exchange trip i guess, but there r others whom i will def rmbed, like dez, terrence, zongyi, johnny, jonyong, joanne, linda, dickson etc. awesome people! :)

now tt i'm back home, have to unpack! both the luggage and the memories. haha. and the weather is so warm :S and the 17 hr flight back home is uber tiring!! it doesn't help with the super heavy luggage i have to lug it arnd. okk time for more rest!
