haven been doing much during this hols, except to pack the mess on my table, go shopping with sista n frens, and watching shows online! perhaps the most memorable stuff was prob going to watch chiok's dance performance n baking with fb!

dance performance was interesting! the kids were really cute, and chiok n wanxin were fabulous! me jieying n hongli enjoyed ourselves. then i had baking session with fb last week! we decided to experiment on oreo cheesecake based on the recipe given by piak, and further improved my skills at strawberry cheesecake that i had attempted at lynn's hse months ago. since we couldn't find canned strawberry, we had to make do with cranberry, which turned out more successful than the first time! i was extremely elated with myself. we had to modify the recipe abit here n there, since the baking tray we used was slightly bigger, and we wanted a thicker crust. and tabi helped out abit too! though she was rather demanding at times haha. one good thing abt making cheesecake was tt it din require oven! so it means i can make it myself at home next time round. i thot the oreo cheescake turned out nicer, since i love oreo! but we should have bought more oreo! haha. hope to get e pics from fb soon. and we finished both cakes in 2 days! yummy!
