21st july: went to MOS for some Great Eastern party with lynn, since she's a policyholder with them, she was invited to the party. ok the bands were not bad, and luckily it wasn't that crowded yet. for my first time there, the experience was not bad. we stayed there till the party's over, and more people were coming in. wanted to wait till people start to dance, but it took so long and we were pretty hungry so decided to go off. then went to the central, grabbed a muffin at starbucks and sat along the clarke quay to chit-chat!! so fun!


22nd july: yeah my birthday! :) woke up in the morning feeling like it was just another normal day, but just grew older by one more year or rather one more day haha. in the afternoon, got pretty excited as fb, lynn, jas n I were going to catch the dance performace 'ballet under the stars'! then thought we were to going to shop for the food together for the picnic there, but secret housewife jasmine actually prepared all the food!! Thanks dear :D it was simple yet nice. haven't had a picnic in a long while. met up with fb first and she surprised me with a birthday balloon (which i had to carry it all around the place with me to fort canning for the dance performace) and a bouquet of flower (with roses made of wax :D)later on lynn came along with the yummylicious pies! and we were all very full after that. there was a lot of qingqu, cuz we lazed arnd on the grass (with a mat of course!) with many other people, had our picnic, watched the dance under the sky/stars/ and even rain. we should really do these things more often!! it was a pity that it started drizzling towards the end, we had to leave earlier, and went to eat ice-cream at Icekimo!!
